Stillaguamish Learning Center

The Stillaguamish Learning Center was designed at the heart of the Stillaguamish Village, located directly across from the existing Community Center and fronting the entranceway of the Village. The project intends to provide a dedicated gathering space for cultural events and education for members of the Stillaguamish Tribe. The building is designed as a contemporary version of the Central Coast Salish cedar plankhouse, with rectangular glulam columns framing the gathering space and heavy timber frames and beams.
