Unity Village of White Center

Unity Village is a garden-style apartment community located in King County’s White Center neighborhood. Intended for low-income families, this building is comprised of 4-story townhouses over flats. The site has a total of 30 units including mixes of 1,2 and 3 BR family and senior housing types and features an open courtyard and large play area. This affordable housing project has a Green Building Level compliant with the Washington State Evergreen Standard.
