Muckleshoot Elders Housing

7 Directions engaged the Muckleshoot Tribe’s elder community in the programming and master planning of a new Elders’ Assisted Living Community adjacent to their existing Elders Center. The process included research into the Muckleshoot culture, analysis of the elder’s demographic, interviews with elders and staff, design workshops which included “kit-of-parts” modeling exercises and programming exercises.
