Indianapolis HOPE VI, Concord Village/Eagle Creek

234 units of Housing, new streets, blocks, lots, and infrastructure, a community center, park and play areas in two public housing communities.

The primary goal of the project was to transform and revitalize two distressed public housing communities: Concord Village and Eagle Creek. We developed a master plan and housing types that seek to seamlessly integrate the public housing community into the surrounding context of historic 1920’s bungalows on small lots in a traditional grid pattern of streets and alleys.
